Very strong

This is a Low stretch rope, exactly what I was hoping for. Solid braided line that is perfect for holding tight. A bit stiff and tough to knot, but use a good knot and it should work very well. Hoping its outside durability is excellent too.

Very Nice Pull Starter Rope. Durable

The starter rope seems to work well and is packaged nice, with a small pin to hold the line on the spool between uses. As with most starter line, it really needs to be cut hot or melted to prevent fraying and allow it to be fed through the recoil and/or handle more easily. It does fray a lot when it isn't melted and this does make for a difficult install if you aren't prepared. I cut one star off because the line does not seem to hold a knot well unless similarly partly melted after being tied. This may be related to my machine, but the line didn't hold its knot past 1 pull before I melted the knot. YMMV.As far as strength goes, time will tell but it does seem to be of high strength and durable. After hundreds of pulls on a Honda gx motor, it looks almost new and functions well.

This starter rope is a million times stronger than that cheap white nylon rope you get at the hardware store. Be careful what thickness you get... Mine was so thick it wouldn't fit through the hole in the starter housing. I got it to work with lots of cursing and a power drill. Now I've got thicker starter rope than any other snow blower around... But I would have probably been happy with the thinner rope of this grade that actually fits the machine. It's strong enough, you don't have to upsize.

Replaced my snowblower starter cord with this. Same exact size as the OEM Briggs and Stratton. Seems to be very durable. Should last a long time. The roll was inexpensive, will never have to buy again.

Merc 9.9 two stroke. The original rope (over 25 years old) was fraying.Ordered this spool of rope as it was only marginally more expensive than the precut length, and I have two engines that need repair…Quality of the rope seems excellent, and the blue color adds a little flare.No problem recommending this product.

Even run this in chainsaw, just pull 1/2 center fill out.
