My fifth grader is a natural reader and speller. That said, I wanted him to spend some time practicing vocabulary and spelling rules as his other curricula become more challenging. This is an easy, quick, daily practice that has worked great for us. It’s quick enough he doesn’t mind it and he’s picking up some word origins that he hasn’t learned much of before this. We will definitely continue using these 180 days studies!

Love these books for homeschooling

We have been using these workbooks for several years now. They are user friendly. And the content is good.

**UPDATE: I reached out to the publisher with a proof of purchase and they sent over a digital copy with no hassle.**The first picture shows what is left behind when you rip out the perforated pages. I pulled the answers out of the back of the book, so that my son wouldn't be tempted to cheat. The second picture shows how there is nothing left behind from pages being removed. However, you'll notice the book goes from page 96 to page 113, and there were never pages in between.I have the week 15 list and day 1, and then it skips to week 18. It's missing 3 weeks of work!! Considering the cost, I'm a little disappointed. I'm about to check, and hoping that something similar does not happen with the 180 of geography book we are also using.

The media could not be loaded. The variety of activities included is impressive, covering everything from analogies and sentence completions to parts of speech, prefixes, suffixes, synonyms, antonyms, and even Greek and Latin roots. This comprehensive approach ensures that my kid gets a well-rounded practice in various language arts skills.One of the standout features of these worksheets is their repetitive structure. This design choice allows him to focus on the words and concepts being presented rather than getting distracted by complex activities. It fosters a sense of familiarity and confidence, which leads to more independent and self-driven practice.These worksheets manage to strike the perfect balance between being fun and engaging while serving a clear purpose in enhancing language skills. The enjoyable activities keep my boy hooked and motivated, making the learning process much more enjoyable.

I am a fifth grade English teacher and I use this as morning work every morning. It has helped my students with their spelling and word familiarity.
