Does it also work on muslin dolls?

Yes it would but I got mine for a plastic doll so I have not tried it on a muslin foll

Can I use this to hair punch hairs into a silicone model?

Yes! That’s the reason I bought one. It holds like a pencil, which to me feels like it gives more control when microrooting. I did need to use pliers to tighten the hold for the needles, but that just means your needle is more secure.

Does it work for a My Little Pony?

I am sure it would work but I got mine for a doll so I can not say for 100% you would like it or not
