Great training tool. Only got to use it once. Kickbacks and lateral leg raises will never be the same.Important point to keep in mind with hip bands...They break-in over time and with frequency of use. Ease into using them and remember that they probably will feel more elastic after a couple weeks of use/break-in. Also, do not expose to extreme heat conditions by leaving in a hot car, or in direct sunlight. Typically, elastic bands are not the same after exposure to high heat conditions.
