Very Potent! Reduced back pain, but caused upset stomach when I took 2 capsules at a time.

I use this at night when my pain is extreme. It helps ease the pain and inflammation. It has some energizing components, especially compared to the bark, so be careful using at night if you are used to bark and not extract. It also has the side effect of putting lead in your pencil, so might try to make certain you have someone to write to.

I have RA and had high hopes for joint pain relief. I took the recommended amount but didn’t notice any difference. Disappointed since I had heard good things about it.

Brings a nice mild level of chill, I feel relaxed and it's easy to get to sleep. Definitely mild compared to things like kava and m. speciosa, but there's a use for it on days when you need something that's just going to be light and easy, nothing heavy. Reminds me of Blue Lotus a little bit.

Two of these capsules taken with a cup of hot water that has some of the tincture in it makes it possible to work hard in the garden without having a backache all night.
