It’s a sleek and functional product. However as others stated, it doesn’t come with the chain or clip, so be sure to save those or buy elsewhere. Also, my toilet tank curves outwards and buying the front mounting lever, the metal lever still scraped against the inside of the tank when installed correctly. Luckily, I was able to bend the metal to stop the scraping and now it works great.

Had to bend the rod to prevent it from rubbing against the inside wall of the tank. The unit does not come with a chain or clip so hold onto the old one.

Easy to install, the holes for the chain are well placed. Hopefully it lasts but otherwise no complaints after a month of daily use

Looks nice, works fine, fixed my broken toilet handle in under 5 minutes. Good value for the money. Has been installed almost a year now.

Ease of installation

Good product overall; in order to make it work, I did have to bend the arm out some, otherwise it was a simple, 3 minute install.

Completely transforms the flush. This very sturdy and well-built handle replacement makes even cheap toilets feel like they're 100% better. This is my fourth use of this product and I absolutely love it. The brushed nickel fits exactly with all the other brushed nickel in my home.

I had to modify it to get it to work

Most of the unit feels good but the handle is truly garbage. Don't expect it will last long. It seems to be a nickel-plated plastic, not a plated metal like I had hoped for.

This is a great product it just didn’t work for my tank and that’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars.
