Perfect Condition, Fully Unlocked
This phone is exactly what I was looking for. There were zero scratches or damage. It looks brand newI bought this one to replace my previous Pixel 3a (after dropping it on a surface that shattered my screen). The interface is very smooth and intuitive. The size fits nicely in my hand and pockets (as a smaller person, this is a deal-breaker). The price is more than reasonable--especially for the quality you get.The camera works great, and it seems to have the same basic battery life of my previous Pixel.I listen to a lot of podcasts at work, so I only make it one day on a full charge. But I simply plug it in every night. The phone shipped quickly and actually arrived early. It was well packaged and came with a charger. But not an adapter for transferring data from your previous phone (luckily, I have one from a previous phone)There are some reviews that the phones weren't fully unlocked or didn't work with their network. My phone worked perfectly with my carrier (Ting) which runs on a CDMA network.I definitely recommend the Pixel 3a to anyone looking for a decently sized phone.

Still awesome after 3 years
I bought one of these when they first came out. Dropped it off a rollercoaster a couple weeks ago and needed a new phone ASAP.Under the pressure to buy something that day, I decided to go back to the Pixel 3a well, and for $100 they still don't disappoint! No signs of slowing down after 3 years. Maybe a little degradation of the batter life. Great camera.Very durable too. The rollercoaster wasn't the first time I dropped that thing. Concrete, the floor, whatever. Only ever scuffed up the plastic corners but never shattered the glass. And that's without a case! There's no reason to spend more than $100 if you just need a solid workhorse of a phone.

Good Phone! Bootloader Absolutely NOT Unlocked....
Overall a very good deal. New-ish phone with only minor cosmetic blemishes [a tiny almost invisible scratch on the very end of the glass and a slight wear spot on the fingerprint reader. Both are virtually unnoticeable.] Battery lasts a day and half easy, with my light use. Takes very nice photos and upgraded to OS 11, no problem. I have a Verizon SIM and it connected up, no problems. The bootloader however is COMPLETELY locked. I tried everything [factory resets, without the SIM card, command line utilities, etc.] It's not worth returning, since it is a good phone at a good price, but one of the selling points of a Pixel is the fact that Google provides factory images, which I cannot flash onto a bootloader locked phone. Shoot. Will have to buy from Google apparently, next time.

Did not fit description! Not unlocked!
The description indicates it is unlocked for GSM carriers, but it sure isn't. After an hour on the phone with both Tmobile and Google, we determined it's still locked to Verizon and Google strongly advised I return the phone and buy from a more reputable seller. They also couldn't explain why the Tmobile Device Unlock App (which also said the phone was unlocked even though all other evidence proved it wasn't) would be installed on a Verizon phone, which I find very shady. am returning this phone and buying directly from Tmobile. the $60 price difference wasn't worth spending an entire evening troubleshooting, researching, and calling to only be ultimately disappointed.THAT BEING SAID, the phone itself seemed to work fine. It just wouldn't connect to my mobile network.

Great phone and real value!
I love the features of this phone; it's intuitive and easy to use ONCE it comes on. It initially takes a long time to load, but after it does, it's smooth sailing. Call volume is the best that I have had on any cell phone thus far and I don't have to use the speaker. I like how messages are displayed and the app layout. Nice!

Refurb Pixel 3a -- All Good
This refurbished Pixel 3a arrived safely and appears perfectly new. No documentation accompanied the shipment, but once the phone was turned on I was guided to setup which included tethering to my old phone to upload contacts and apps. Very smooth procedure. No SIM card with the phone and my old one does not fit, but my local Verizon store took care of it in just a few moments and I was up and running. This was a transition from a very old phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) and the rep at Verizon told me that I would not be able to go back to my old phone in the future. This was news to me, not that I want to, but I had expected to have the old phone as backup and this appears not to be possible. The explanation I received is that the old phone is 3/4G and Verizon is moving to 4/5G. Why there is no "overlap" in the 4G range is something I don't understand and can only speculate about. In fairness, however, it is hard to see myself ever wanting to go back to my old phone just because the Pixel 3a is really a pleasure to use. Apps seem to run almost instantaneously. I can't really offer a detailed review of the Pixel 3a any further than that. The seamless integration with all things Google is a bit scary in the abstract, but the experience of that integration is a bit addictive. I'm glad I bought this phone and the experience with the vendor was fine. The free shipping was punishingly slow, but it was free, so...
