Very firm Largest is 1.75-1.8 diameter 5.25 circumference.

small is very small for me- medium is just right, trying to build up to large- owee. Plugs are firm, maybe too much for some IMO. One thing to mention, when it's in, it's in- have to work a little to grab the base to remove.
