Very soft texture. No difficulty sewing my project with the sewing machine.

I have honestly never been so quick to come back and get more material for anything in the last 4 years I've been making costumes. I originally only got one yard to make a partial suit (head, tail, and paws) but when It arrived I was totally shocked with what I got. The peacock fur is actually two colors, lighter blue with a dark root giving it a really cool look when shook long or shaved. So 4 more yards later I'm upgrading my partial to a full suit! The material is a really nice quality, soft and easy to work with. As mentioned it is a two-toned fur fiber with average shedding as expected with any faux fur. Overall a great material and reliable for return purchases.

Good quality but the fur does shed. Overall good price and easy to cut :D I would say it’s good fur to start using as a “on a budget” fursuit maker

So incredibly pretty, exactly what I was looking for. I've paid $50 a yard for material like this, it's really hard to find dark teal faux fur that's got this much length on it. it reminds me of this faux fur coat I had back in the late 90s, everybody used to just want to pet me when I wore it. Lol. The backside of it is kind of rough, so if you're planning to use it to make anything wearable.. you might want to buy liner. I'm using it to make pillow covers, so it's perfect for my use. My bed is going to be so luxurious after I get done with covering these throw pillows. I'm thinking I might get it in the dark gray as well, because the throw pillow covers I bought in gray don't look nearly as luxurious and aren't nearly as soft. It's even softer than the faux fur rug I got, and it doesn't have the issue where it looks like someone took a crimper to it like the rug does, so I may end up buying more of the peacock color, (or gray like the rug I already bought), and make a rug with it as well. Eventually, if I have the money, I might make a duvet cover with it as well, it depends on how well it holds up over time. If I have any issues I will probably update this review, maybe I'll update it in a couple months regardless just to let y'all know how it turned out. Super happy so far.

The color of Amber frost was a lot more of the red orange brown color and not a lot of frostiness shows up yet it is there. The is weirdly silky. Nearly like fine human hair. I was kind of shocked by the sleekness. It lays out flat, shiny and sleek. This is definitely something that would work extremally well as a wig like in an e-wok costume! Great for smooth haired gnomes. I wanted to use it to make a new collar of fur, which easily sewed well together, I cut two five inch strips and I sewed the end to end. Worked perfect. I just was not expecting the length 5" of the fur/hair strands to be as long as they are. For a fur collar it lays in a cascade and not like a roughed up fur collar should look. I pulled up my hood and all the fur covered my face. I am trimming it and teasing it with a comb. It is not ideal for collars on the hoods but with a bit of a trim and a tease it might be ok. If you are looking to do the collars you would want to know it seams well, you cannot tell you seamed it together!

you can see the backing pretty easy when shaved, even if you don't shave it that much. besides that it's lovely and worked well for my suit

Exactly what I was looking for. Nice color, good quality fabric.

I needed this fur as a mane for an armoured costume. Even though it isn’t overly thick, it worked to my advantage so that the performer doesn’t over heat. Good pile length, nice colour. This prosecution met my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
