I was looking for a healthier alternative to the standard packaged ramen noodles which are everywhere in stores. I selected these. Do they cost more, yes. Are they measurably better for me, yes. They are no more difficult to prepare then the other noodles - but they do tend to bubble up and try to escape the boiling pot to make a small inconvenient mess, but with a quick swipe of a spoon or other utensil they can be beat back. LOL. I like the texture and as you know, they can be used in a variety of ways. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Don't tell anyone but this ramen is amazing. I've tried every colored package in this brand and the forbidden black rice ramen is the perfect combo of soft, yet light and chewy, deliciousness. It's very mild in flavor, almost no flavor but filling in the best sort of way. I bring the water to a boil, cook it for 4 min, then drain. Meanwhile I microwave water for 4 min w Massell bullion cubes (so good, clean and made in Australia- can find them on Amazon too). After draining the noodles, I slide them into the microwaved broth and top w green onions. Can add anything you wish. So good and so filling. Enjoy.

Was sceptical at first, but the noodles are great and versatile. What a great quick lunch with noodles and homemade chicken broth.

We always have these noodles on hand for our gluten-free kids to whip up for lunch. They add in some chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, soy sauce and whatever other spices they like. Scramble in an egg and stir fry in some peas and you have a delicious lunch! I love that they can have something similar to the ramen noodles that are so popular with kids, but they are gluten free, and they are so much better for you! Plus they are a beautiful color.

I like the product, but it’s over priced in my opinion. Looking for an alternative.

These noodles are great. Don't expect them to be like flour-based ramen noodles, which are more tender. These have more bounce when you bite in. It's easy to overcook them, so keep watch of the pot and try a test noodle frequently until they're the consistency you want. Then, dress immediately, as they will clump if left to cool naked.

Love this product, this has been the far best product of all the ramen I use, really simple to make.
