Well, it changes you and by deductions changes your life.Anyways, gave this thing a go for sometime now. Well over a two years. I believe it was once attributed to some headaches I was having, but I’m pretty lazy with hydration.Could be that this stuff isn’t anymore special than other creatines, or may not even be German, researched well, or manufactured cleanly, but it does the job.Gained more than 30 pounds over just a year and a half, dropped fat and gained muscle. Craziest part is that this has been my only consistent supplement (because I bought such big supply of it)Helps regulate sleep if you take it in the morning (or at least it dampens the effects of sleep deprivation) This has been one of the most beneficial features.Went from a skinny-fat 165lbs dweeb to a full and solid 200lbs. Even joined rugby and am pretty effective.

I’ve been taking creatinine since the 1990’s and most of the products I’ve tried were pretty good, but a lot of them have the same problem - large granules that don’t dissolve very well. Doesn’t mean that the product doesn’t work but it’s just harder on the stomach. This German creatinine dissolves better than any other product I’ve tried. Just know that there isn’t any creatinine that will totally dissolve, that doesn’t exist. As a person who has used creatinine for decades do yourself (and your stomach) a favor and DON’T do a loading phase where you use 4 scoops a day for a week. Just take the one scoop (5mg) a day, it will take a few weeks to build up the level in your system but it is worth not having explosive diarrhea for a week. This is a great product and delivery was very fast.
