CUCKOO King Top Hot And Cold

I recently started using the Cuckoo water purifier after evaluating several options in the market. I chose Cuckoo primarily because it offers a stainless steel tank, which I preferred over a plastic one. Although Cuckoo’s availability was limited, I ultimately decided to go with it. The purifier’s capacity to hold water is somewhat limited, but the hot and cold water feature is a great addition, eliminating the need for a kettle. It holds one liter each of hot and cold water, which is convenient. This is my first time using the mineral-rich alkaline water filter, so I’m hopeful it will perform well. Overall, the product looks sleek and stylish.However, there were significant issues with the installation service. Typically, after purchasing a water purifier, the company schedules an installation and demo call. With Cuckoo, I had to follow up multiple times via calls, emails and WhatsApp, and it took almost 4-5 days to get the unit installed. The customer care team should proactively manage installations, rather than leaving customers to chase them.Additionally, I have not yet received any communication regarding the product’s warranty, and there was no follow-up after the installation for product feedback. While the purifier itself is good, Cuckoo’s operations and customer service need improvement. With better processes in place, it could become one of the best options in India.

I absolutely love this water purifier! It's great value for money, water tastes fine, also the hot and cold water feature is a superb addition.It's so easy to make a cup of tea, or instant soup/noodles with piping hot water. Also if you have a baby in the family, the instant hot water feature is really useful.It also has a mixing dial, to mix cold water with water at room temperature to get that "perfectly chilled water" as per your liking...Feels wonderful on hot summer days.Also design wise it's looks pretty modern and clean on my countertop. No ugly pipes hanging out, occupies very little space. You can change the filters yourself, if you know what you are doing.Only con is, the guy who came to install the purifier scared us a bit. He was like this is a new korean model, but a bad UV one, aquaguard is better and offered to sell one. Having already tried aquaguard for few years we weren't conned with this. I think they should check the kind of people they hire.Also the website does not give all details about the water purifier, like this has 2 lts storage, and this comes with pre filter. Would be really useful to make a purchase decision.We have municipality water and tested the TDS before and after buying this. This water purifier is perfect for us and does it's job. We did not go for the RO purifier, as we didn't need it. Also, happy with the zero wastage of water.I am writing this review, after using this for quite sometime. There have been no issues thus far. Hopefully stays that way. Would definitely recommend this!

Everyone who want to purchase the purifier must think this product ,Very good purifier in this class and also service is much improved.

Raised a complaint for service but not turn back from technical team. There is not efficient technical support in all the cities. Check before you buy. My complete investment on this is gone for waste!

Water taste differs

It's almost 18+ months since we started using this water purifier and it does gives clean and healthy drop everytime. Initially had glitches with support but I hope they have improved a lot now.

My opinion is: I got the best choice when I bought this product.. Cuckoo water cooler and purifier .I would like to say thank you so much to you Priya .. wishing you the best.
