Bilstein 24-139113 Monotube Shock Absorber, Rear, 46mm , Yellow

I have had Bilstein shocks before, and normally thought they were very well made shocks. These particular shocks did not even last 3 years. The top of the shock where piston is blew out and the shock has spewed out a lot of hydraulic fluid. I didnt realize when i bought these in 2017, that they only had a 30 day return policy, so please make sure you look at that before purchasing anything on Amazon. I have contact Bilstein directly and they will not replace them either, though i thought they had lifetime warranty, apparently leaking hydraulic fluid is not a manufacturing defect, not really sure how it is not, if its coming out of the piston itself.

My 2004 Durango was not really acting like it had bad shocks, but when I would go over a bump slowly it would sway side to side. I bought these hoping to cure that. These worked excellently. They improved the ride quality better than I thought they would. The ride is a little stiffer than factory but I feel like I have so much more control at freeway speeds, and, no more whip lash on slow bumps. I only rated 4 stars because of fitment on rear shocks. I had to bend the flanges on my Durango to make these shocks fit.

I bought a set of these for my 2004 Dodge Durango. They are a bit stiffer than the stock ones but they also absorb potholes WAY better! For others who have said they weren't "stiff" enough, I have no idea why they would say that unless they're used to a 1972 Dodge Power Ram truck.

Replaced 300,000 mile stock shocks that were for the most part completely shot.These did not even make the car noticeably stiffer. Would have preferred at least 25% more dampening as these are still quite 'floaty'.If you are after performance shock change over to either drive a little harder or tow with, then i would look for other alternatives.That said, they are pretty much a direct replacement feel wise for old stock shocks.

I bought them for the back of my durango what a ride I have now. If you are unsure of how to install them call the company. I called and they said make sure you can read the name on the shock thats the right way to install. Nothing upside down on the name.

Needed to replace the original shocks on my 2005 Dodge Durango and these fit perfect. The ride is nice and smooth now and it has almost completely fixed the sideways sway of hitting big bumps on the road. These shocks rule.

If your truck rides like crap you need to buy and install ,these are great shocks ,I would buy again

Replaced my 2007 Dodge Durango Limited shocks. These are a little stiffer but overall, I'm impressed.
