In general, the Copper Fits have a size chart that measures the diameter of the thigh from the center of the knee cap just above the knee. For example, 17.5" - 19" is Large (see Copper Fit chart). If in-between sizes go up for comfort, down a size for more compression.

Can use Coppefit products for watersports?

Boating, jet ski, fishing would be great. nothing where it will soak too long like swimming.
