Works Great
Got it for my friend's Switch Lite. Works great for when he wants to charge it but keep playing at his desk.

Works great.
Works perfect for setting my switch up on my desk to play with a controller, and sits just high enough for the split pro joycon can stay on the switch. For the reviews saying it's slow to charge while playing. You need a nentendo switch AC adapter pictured here. A USB type C and phone charger brick don't have the output needed.

Great for competitive smash, and everything too
Much better than the wireless. the triggers are much shorter which helps since I play competitive smash, though it feels a little light and like it might break, it is overall a great controller. the buttons aren't loud, the c stick feels nice and joystick doesn't recess like the wireless. the only downsides are the weight and fragile feeling and the how it still uses micro USB and not USB c

Best (and only) official option for charging a Switch Lite while using a wired controller
I imagine using a controller with the Switch Lite isn't extremely common. I imagine using a wired controller and trying to charge is even more niche – you're basically re-creating the docked Switch experience but in tabletop small-screen. This is the only official/licensed product out there that lets you charge and wire in simultaneously. Technically I use a USB wireless adapter (the Mayflash Magic NS) with an Xbox One or 8bitdo controller, but a USB-A port is required just like most wired controllers. It works just fine for these purposes.Pros:- docked charging for a Switch (Lite) that has 2x USB-A passthrough for wired controllers- very nice high angle for tabletop/desktop gaming- small enough to not be super obtrusive on a desk, though it's a bit too big to travel with for my taste- rubber on the bottom (main body, not kickstand) keeps it from sliding aroundCons/nitpicks:- charging is pretty slow if you're playing while using it (I'm using the official charger)- must take any cases off to use; Switch skins might fit, but probably not without scratching them up- only one angle for the kickstand; the Switch (Lite) will fall forward screen first if you don't pull it out all the way- sometimes has a VERY audible coil whine when charging (with USB-A plugged in or without)The only one of the above that actually bothers me is the coil whine. I'll give this 4 stars due to the very annoying whine.

Does exactly what it's supposed to
This achieves what it's out to do: be a charging kickstand for the Switch. This was great for me because I hate playing with the Joy-Cons, and just wanted to play my system with the Pro Controller while it's charging. Now, not only am I able to do that, but I'm also able to charge the controller with the extra USB ports - something Nintendo's own charging stand doesn't even have. And I got this for cheaper! This is definitely a recommended purchase for any Switch owner.

Does the Minimum, but that Minimum Works
I purchased this stand so I could be able to plug in a wired controller into my Nintendo Switch Lite. This stand does exactly that. There are two USB ports that allow you to hook up two controllers, as well as a Type C USB port to allow the stand to work, as well as charge the Switch.PROS:• Charges the Switch/Switch Lite• Allows you to connect two USB controllers with no issuesCONS:• Does not come with Type C charger; you must use the one that came with the Switch Lite or somewhere else• It is very flimsy. There are no rubber grips at the bottom so it WILL slide around when trying to plug in the Switch or a controller• The stand does not click in place, but rather relies on the weight of the Switch to keep it folded outOverall, this stand accomplishes what it's supposed to do just fine: it charges the Switch and has USB ports for wired controllers. However, it feels cheaply made and is not sturdy at all. Plugging in the Switch or any controllers will be a huge struggle, since the stand doesn't stay folded out and there are no rubber grips to prevent it from sliding. If you're looking to use wired controllers, this is your only (officially licensed) option. If you just want a stand that charges, then look for something more sturdy.
