Nice earpiece!
clear sound, but always find buttons on the back and side of the ear a bit fiddly.

Not very good, kept popping out of ear
A very basic, cheap, low feature item. The item is not flexible enough to sit in your ear despite which tips you use as it is in the same plane as the rest of the unit. It doesn't ident enough. Was expecting better features, it has no features apart from a heavy Chinese accent voice telling you it is on or off, does not voice activate or voice answer. Annoyingly the multi-function button is too easy to accidentally press and begins playing music of the last track you played. Siri did not work either. I returned the item. The 3-4 year plantronics voyager I was replacing was far superior, I have now recommissioned that instead.

Doesn't work with WhatsApp
Doesn't work with whatsapp, it can not receive WhatsApp calls, you can make them ok. So if you use whatsapp it won't work. Also the microphone is only active with some apps, so it's not able to activate Google Assistant, or any voice activated functions. Lastly the documentation is non existant, no website, and some strange chinglish program at the bar code for the app. So if you only want this to work for native gsm type phone calls, it's fine, otherwise it's next to useless.
