Screws broken, Cheaply made in several way, and impossible to return
We have had several issues with this ladder. Let me first say that the seller has been responsive so far, but no solution yet, and seems like we can’t even return it since it will be too costly. if you haven’t seen climbing triangles by other manufacturers close-by you probably won’t get some of themselves issues. but if you’ve seen the other comparable brands, you will see that other than some solid safety issues, there are several other things that are in general cheaply made; first, the different pieces of it come with no signage, and you have to figure out which is which by measuring such piece and comparing them one by one with the measurements in the instructions; then it is the finish which is so thin that leaves the material coarse to the touch (if your baby has eczema or just plays on these bare skin, you might have a problem there) comparable brands have a nice soft glaze on top of the wood that makes you the pieces very smooth to the touch of the skin. Third, the design is not as sturdy as the others I’ve seen: as an example, the rods are clearly wobbly, and there is a reason for that: the rods need to be screwed into the frame as the other brands, but the screws are the only thing that keep them in place. Other brands come with holes in the frame, that the rods will sit it, and the screws only add additional fixation and support. It’s a huge difference in terms of durability, safety and peace of mind (see photos for comparison). This is my biggest issue I guess, and it’s not something I can fix unfortunately because the frame is a bit thinner than the other brands and even if I ask a carpenter It o fix it for me, there is not enough room for the holes. Fourth, a few of the screws did not go in all the way at all. The screws needed immense power to be screwed it (no way at all for my wife to do it by herself). One of the screws broke while almost all the way in, and we are not sure what to do now. Two of them are almost in, but not quite, and we don’t know what to do now with those also. There is no way we can leave them out like this. So dangerous.. if we find a way to pull the screw out (can’t think now how) and substitute these screws with same screws, they will leave a loose hole that makes those three rods even less reliable. Because one side of the rod is fixated for now, I guess they won’t role yet; but that just might be a matter of time, and it that happens the ladder is basically useless, since it’s too much of a safety issues. Fifth, the slide is much bouncier than the other brands, making it scary to watch when some weight it put on it. Sixth, some of the pieces are cut imperfectly, leaving shredding a of wood on the surface, which in addition to aesthetics, makes it again a safety issue. The list goes on. If you are a handyman and you don’t find a comparable brand with this price, go for it. You can probably make it work; but keep in kind you won’t actually be able to return it, if you find the whole thing to costly to fix or too dangerous for your baby to play with...

Great Customer Service
I purchased this item for my preschool. It arrived quicker than expected. The quality of the wood is amazing. It is soft to the touch and zero splinters. The instructions were a bit tough to understand and the screw provided easily stripped out. We purchased new screws and were able to put it together. I contacted seller to help me resolve this issue and I was refunded a portion of my payment. I really appreciate the customer service that was offered to me. All in all the product is what I wanted. The quality is GREAT. (Just get your own screws).

yall are silly
i was really nervous because of the reviews, but i decided to try anyway because of the eco finish. i wanted to avoid toxic material. the triangle came weeks in advance! super fast! upon arrival the box was pretty heavy but well wrapped in layers. everything was in great condition. no damage. the directions are simple. it was hard to put together before i got the drill because the finish made everything kinda gressy but not over the top. so it came together quick with a drill and the proper bit. very sturdy, i love that is folds. deffinitly adding this to my montessori vlog. thank you for the great quality product!
