The item was smaller than I expected but a little goes a long way!

Pocket size
Very handy for long adventure races where you need a top up whilst out as it's very small and lightweight. If this is to be used at home look for the larger ones that are better value.

I usually use a different anti chafe balm and bought this to try and glad I did! Cheaper, and a better size than my usual brand and smells better too

Very small product
Have had similar products before that were 5 times the size. This is like a sample size it is so small and therefore making it very expensive. Would not buy again.

Great addition to a runners kit!
Smells neutral/pleasant but not strong smelling! Easy to use and makes a great difference, particularly in the rainy winter runs
