Our 8 year old granddaughter LOVED this arcade!! I bought extra things to put in it, such as Mr. Pen 12 count mini mochi squishies, slow-rise mini-medium squishies, mini Tootsie rolls, gum balls, etc. The volume can be turned down so it isn't annoying. She got to play with it first, of course, but she shared and let her 10 year old and 6 year old sisters play also and THEY loved it! It was probably the biggest hit of all of her gifts. I would definitely buy again!!

This is great claw machine. It operates like a real claw machine and can move in almost every direction. It is easy to set up,easy to figure out how to the get the toys in. It also comes with reusable plastic tokens to operate the machine. It makes family night so much more fun now.

This was a Christmas gift for my 7 year old daughter and it’s a lot of fun! It’s made out of plastic and it was pretty easy to put together. No screws, just push the pieces together. It’s very lightweight. The cord that comes with it is really short so it has to be right by an outlet if you plug it in. I bought 2 inch acorn containers for it and they have to be upright for the claw to pick them up by the lip on the lid because the claw isn’t very strong. If the acorn containers are upside down or side ways the claw just slips right off them and won’t pick them up. If you want to put more toys in, the slot is pretty small and you have to move the claw out of the way to insert the toys. I also bought small squishies for the claw machine and it picks them up pretty well. My 3 year old also enjoys it and can pick up the toys with the claw. I did have an issue with it not turning on once and thought it broke but I turned the machine off then back on and it worked. Hopefully this lasts and I did not see a customer service number anywhere on the box or the instructions, unless I missed it. I tried taking it apart after I put it together and it was very difficult to pull apart for some reason. I had to pull really hard and was afraid I was going to break it. I would purchase this again, but we’ll have to see how long it lasts since we’ve only had it for a few days.

I received this toy with no clear back or front. I tried to tape a piece of clear plastic to the front and back to keep the toys in which works but looks ridiculous. I was going to return it but there wasn’t another available to reorder. It’s a shame because it’s a cute toy but not worth the money with important missing pieces.

Ordered for Christmas gift. Put it together, doesn’t work. After looking the wires came undone from a plastic piece. Not durable and now I can’t return it due to return window being closed. Waste of money

I would not recommend this product- especially at the price. My kid received this as a gift for her birthday and played with it several times. After about 2 months (playing with it infrequently) it has stopped working. The vertical control stopped working suddenly. My kid is very disappointed and I am too considering the price of this claw machine.

The packaging is very good, the machine is not heavy, the workmanship is fine, and there is no smell. easy installation. This can exercise the child's hands-on ability. My daughter likes it very much.
