Lip Balm Filling Tray and Spatula Set - For 15mm Lip Balm Tubes ONLY - Instantly Fills 50 Standard 3/16 oz (5.5ML) with 15mm width Tubes

I measured the tubes I had incorrectly, so they did not fit this tray as expected. Instead of sending it back, or ordering more the tubes from this brand I flipped the tray over to see if my tubes would stand in the tray. They slipped in easily, and were held firmly in place, so I intend to use it as a stand to hold the tubes for filling instead of a tray to catch the overflow. I've done them before by just standing them on the counter. It will be nice to have a tray that will hold them in place & prevent accidentally flipping one during filling. If I need tubes in the future I plan to purchase the ones that fit this tray.

Loved it, made the process way easier

So easy to use. Made making 49 Lip Balms a Breeze. Used with Lip Balm Tubes https://a.co/d/fgjGajc that fit Perfectly with this Tray. And of Course I Love the Color which matched my Purple Spatula!

There is not a snug fit at all with standard chap stick tubes Literally half the product runs between the filling tray and around the tube and runs down the sides of the tubes. If this was molded to have tight clearances so the tubes snapped or slid in snugly it would rate 5 stars. But it doesn't It barely does a decent job of holding the tubes upright. I ended up creasing a piece of painters tape and filling one tube at a time by hand. Yes, it was slow, but I had no mess to clean up so time spent was about even with much less frustration. However the supplied spatula works great to scrape cooled product off the top and off the counter top that spilled down the tubes - that you now have to clean before you apply your decal.

It gets the job done. My chapstick tubes didn't fit perfectly but it was good enough. Since the tubes didn't fit just right, it was a little difficult to keep a lot in the holder.

This is a game changer when making lip balm!!! So much easier than filling individual tubes one at a time!!

I bought tubes from Basic Essentials brand (here on Amazon too) which are 3/16oz, 5.5mL size and since this tray is labeled as fitting that size, i got it. Unfortunately those tubes do not fit. As you can see in the photo, the rim of the tube does not come up to the rim of the tray hole and the actual hole diameter is slightly larger than said tubes so they just fall out.Otherwise it's sturdy and well made. They don't fit the Mary Taylor tubes either btw so make sure you buy the tray she sells.
