Lovely bike. Easy to put together and perfect size for our 5 year old

Bought this for my daughter who wanted an LOL bike, I’ve come to build it and I have a screw missing for the stabilisers which means so can’t actually ride it. It’s great for her size but she’s upset she can’t use it yet and unsure how/who to ask about having another stabiliser screws to be sent out.

Good little bike pain to put up

Very hard to assemble the product I had to take it to a bike shop. The item has had little use over the last 6 months as the front tyre continually runs flat, the item has been taken to a professional bike shop on a number of occasions and they could not identify the problem with the tyre after swapping out the inner tube. A very poor product

Great buy, steady. Easy to put together. My 5 yr old loves it

The bike looks fine (ie it's bright and colourful as pictured) but is very poor quality in terms of how it actually works. The pedals are so stiff they barely move, then will suddenly slip through without even moving the wheels. The steering is heavy. The plastic parts have broken easily and cracked. My daughter is 4yrs and struggles to use it despite being fine on other bikes. I'm getting her a new bike as this one is putting her off cycling.

Very disappointed with Quality of childs bike there r scraches on main frame. To send this back to u. Our great granddaughter will b very upset. Will miss her birthday present. No spanners for Pedals. As a good customer very disappointed. Mrs jewell
