The costume is as pretty as the picture, well-made and appears sturdy enough to hold up for a while. As stated you get the dress and pinafore (apron) not the tights and shoes or headband. I bought the size 8-10 after reading other reviews and while it is long enough for my 10 yr old daughter (who is of average size, neither the biggest or smallest in her class) she cannot do the dress up in the back and will need to wear a t-shirt under it. Other reviews suggested it runs quite big. I can't remember if a larger size was offered but that is the one I should have bought. However as it is only for Halloween and dress up it does not matter and still looks very pretty on. I definitely recommend it, just watch the size. If your daughter (or son) was particularly slender it would be just right.

This is a nice quality costume & it fits true to size, The apron shoulder straps are too long, as other reviewers commented. I had planned to pin them or alter them, but when she tried it on I just twisted them together & tied the bow through them. She liked it like that, so it was an easy fix. It looked just like it did on the model. I could not find an Alice costume locally. It was well worth the money.

Really fast shipping! I love it!!!I am small for my age (17) usually fitting a children's size 11 and 12 and I was worried about the sizing for this costume after reading other reviews. I ordered a medium (8-10) and I would say it is a one or two sizes larger than stated. The dress does fits me perfectly and the quality is great for what you pay! The apron is quite large and will need to be pinned but overall I am really happy with this costume!

This turned out much better than expected for the price. The material isn't as see-through as it appeared it could be in the photos, which is great for a child's costume.I see others complaining about the fit accuracy, but it fit perfectly using the chart in the photos section. So A+ for that. My daughter loves it. For the price... it can't be beat. Definitely would recommend.

When ordering this I was worried about sizing and quality. When it arrived my worries went away quickly. This outfit is so cute and just right. I bought it a size up than what my daughter wears and she has more than enough room. The apron is a little on the bigger side but we make due tying it up in the back.

I bought the 4-6 (xsmall) for my daughter who wears a 4t-5t. This costume was so HUGE, it fit me!!! On her is was dragging on the floor and there was no way the apron would even be able to be fixed to fit her. I am going to return it. I just ordered the lil' Alice dress by the same company in a medium (3-4t) and hope that will fit but I have concerns that the original one I purchased was mismarked as it would be impossible that a 4-6 size could be that big. It really looked more like a 12

It’s ok, but required some adjustments. Bought it for my 9 yr old daughter on Halloween in size M (8-10). The dress was way too long and required about 2 inches off the bottom. The apron straps required some adjustments as they were too long, as well. I also had to add a strip of velcro to the back, as the small strip was not enough to completely close the back. Modifications too about 2 hours, scissors, no sew tapes, and Velcro strips. Once adjustments were made she looked adorable and was very pleased.

I purchased this for my 10 year old daughter's role of Goldilocks in a school play. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and construction of this costume. However, my only complaint is that the apron straps are too long and kept falling off her shoulders. As a remedy without actually altering it, I took the ties of the apron in the back, looped the right tie through the left apron strap, then looped the left tie through the right apron strap, then made a regular bow while pulling the extra strap material down. It's not the ideal solution for keeping the straps from falling down, but it worked in a pinch.
