The nest is super soft, very well made, and perfect for hanging out with baby. However, do not ever leave your child unattended in a baby nest. This item is NOT safe sleep approved. For sleep, baby should be on a firm surface, with no extra blankets, pillows, stuffed animals etc. That said, I searched through so many of these nests on etsy. I wanted a minky one that came with a cover and removable mattress pad. The colors I wanted were grey and purple (but thats not too relevant to my review). Point is, for what I wanted, I would have had to pay more than double the price I paid for this one. I would have had to wait 2 to 6 weeks for delivery as well. Buying this one on Amazon, I got exactly the things I wanted, for less than half the price, and it arrived in two days! Last thing, the zippers are completely hidden and that still blows my mind a bit. Buy this if you are in the market, you won’t regret it. Just do not leave your baby unattended in it as baby could easily roll over and suffocate.

This is a great option for co-sleeping with your newborn!My only complaint is I wish the liners were a little bigger so they tucked into the sides better, or change it to where you can zipper them in.

My son loves it! My newborn baby would not sleep anywhere but my arms until this came along, he sleeps so much better since we started using this and he also likes to take his naps in it too ( I set it beside me on the couch while watching TV). Seriously recommend for anyone who is struggling with those sleepless newborn nights.

I used this for co-sleeping and moved it into her crib after about 2 months. She is 6 months now and sleeps all night as long as she is in it! I would highly recommend it for baby’s who like to be held.

I love it but I didn't get the cooling mattress for the summer time with mine.

Good quality however I do not recommend for a new born. My daughter slides all the way down I think this would be better for a baby that's a handful of months old
