I use this to guide my newly installed barn door. It is very sturdy and easy to install. I mounted it to the baseboard. It can be used in many different configurations depending on how your door is constructed. My door was made flush to the wall, so I actually had to remove the back roller to make it work. The roller/rollers are easily adjustable to fit your door’s thickness. This took me about 5 minutes to install.

Nice and heavy duty, nice quality. If I ever need again. This item will be my go to.

It works great not made out of crap metal

This is a good option where installing a barn door over a tile floor. The bracket anchors to the adjacent baseboard versus needing to drill through the tile floor.

It was easy to assemble. I assembled it on the wall rather than on the floor; I needed it off the ground. It was sturdy and just the right length I needed for my barn door.

I was pleased with the product. Very good quality and works perfectly.
