My canaries love it. I’ve tried giving it sprinkled in ver their food and veggies or moist, but the best way they like it is dry on a separate dish. You waste less and my canaries in particular prefer it this way. Good supplementation for those with babies and or nesting.

I tried different foods and this one comes with a great variety of ingredients and vitamins plus important the probiotics my bird likes this food I have seen a difference in health specially when molting or shedding feathers I combine with organic greens as sweet broccoli, orange/red pepper seeds for singing, baby choy, apple, millet and protein as egg.

My pet house sparrow loves this. I got her this since its made for the smaller bird beaks. She can crack all the seeds and pellets just fine. Has helped with molting and she has such beautiful new feathers. I told her the birds outside would be so jealous. I will definitely order more for her

have tried 3 or 4 of these finch food brands, and my birds toss out all the colored seeds, I would say I throw away about 70% of the seed, I also tried it on my parakeets, same results. I have 2 aviaries, finches in one and parakeets and cockateils in the other, about 30 birds total. been raising birds for about 25 years, I think they don't care for all these colored vitamins, because they get fresh vegies and some fruit. also cuddle bone and mineral blocks. will not waste money on food they wont eat, ( CatSnipeCosta ) UPDATED 11/12/24 checked on birds today, feeders were empty. blended food 50-50 with regular millet, they ate it all, no waste, it took time to adjust , just ordered more.

I can't speak on the flavor since I'm not a bird, but my finches love it. I have three of them. Bonnie, Stephanie, and Savannah. Two of them are overweight now, so now I have to put them on a diet. I purchase this particular brand due to the nutritional value that it provides to my finch's daily meals. Along with fresh eggs and greens mixed in their diet for added protein, calcium, and vitamins.
