I love all of the Garden of Life products. They are organic and have many good, healthy ingredients. The Vitamin Code multivitamin doesn’t upset my stomach, there is no bad after taste and they don’t have that strong vitamin smell that many other vitamins have.

I am sold on this product because of the ingredients. Also these vitamins are Non-GMO which is not always easy to find. I read all food and vitamin labels now and if it doesn’t read Organic or Non-GMO, you can be fairly certain that GMO ingredients are in the product. Read LABELS. Manufacturers can be deceptive.

This is honestly the best vitamin I’ve ever taken. I started using it while going through menopause, and it has made a noticeable difference in my energy, mood, and overall balance. The ingredients feel clean and high-quality, and it never upsets my stomach like some other multivitamins do. Pros: • Great support during menopause • Clean, whole-food ingredients • Easy to digest • Boosts energy and overall wellness Cons: • Capsules are a bit large, but manageable Final Thoughts: If you want a multivitamin that actually makes a difference, this one is worth it. I buy a lot of Garden of Life products for its purity and effectiveness. That said, I am disappointed that they instruct you to take two a day when clearly all the vitamins are 100% of the daily amount. I am not a physician but surely I believe that too much can't be good for our bodies. Therefore, I only take one a day and it is plenty to give me the energy I need at 67 years old. I'd love to hear from a physician out there that agrees with me. Too much can't be good for our bodies.

My wife takes this because if it's excellent ingredients as all of garden of life products provide. Will continue to purchase.

I can’t believe how great these vitamins are. I’m one of the most skeptical people out there but I was desperate to find a multi for my tired and depressed 70yo self. I’ve been feeling so blah and was sick of it because it’s not me. With all the good reviews, I thought I’d give them a try. They’re pretty expensive for my budget but I thought I’d just try them and they were on sale. I really was thinking they’d be just so so. Well, am I surprised and in a good way. After taking 2 tablets twice a day, and only after 2 days, I’m actually starting to feel like myself again and I’ve been feeling like you know what for a long time. I’m not a breakfast person and taking them on an empty stomach did not bother me and I have a sensitive stomach. So all you wiser women out there who are looking for something that actually may help, it doesn’t hurt to try. Good luck with them if you do. Happy customer : )

Received with expiry date of December 23. Was shocked! But as usal Amazon support is fantastic. They will be refunding the amount. Will order again after afew days when a new lot comes.

I am not allergic to anything...well so I thought until I tried this product. I had it as recommended, two tablets twice daily and by day 2, my skin started to get a prickly sensation. At first I thought it was just dry skin...but no amount of moisturizer took the sensation away. I stopped the Vitamins and within a day the symptoms cleared. I gave a gap of a week before trying them again, just to make sure before I wrote this review...and wow! same thing again! Couldn't sleep all of last night as my skin was and still is feeling nettled. Oddly no hives and red spots...just a sharp prickling sensation under the skin in random areas like eyebrows, face, stomach, back...etc.. Super uncomfortable and sure have wasted my money on this. Didn't expect a Vitamin to behave so strangely!
