These are a true classic for young people. I gave them to my son who is now 36 and more recently to my 7 year old grandson. He loves them and couldn’t believe his father had also read these books so many years ago. A very enjoyable and entertaining set of stories about a boy and his adventures with his dog Ribsy. I loved giving them together in such a nice collection box. I highly recommend these books.

Bought this for my nephew to encourage him to read because he loved dogs. He said he really enjoyed these books. He has struggled with reading largely due to schools being shut down and then learning irregular because of the lockdowns so anything I can do to help him is important because there is a small window of time with children developing reading skills that can impact their academic achievement for life is they miss it and he was falling into that frame. I encourage anyone looking to keep working with the children in thier lives who also may be silently struggling and frustrated with this situation.

My 8 year old son has always loved to read and lately is into chapter books! He got one book in this series as a present and loved it so much, he asked for a set! He's had these a couple weeks now, and still wants to read them every night!

My grandson just started Chapter Books and I can't wait to hear how he enjoys learning about another little boy and his mischievous dog :)
