Perfect for the physical therapy exercise recommended. A little pricey but the quality is worth it. Tried initially to order a six pound ball from another vendor but they twice sent the wrong item ordered. Returned them and got this instead. A recognized brand with better quality.

In 6’3” and the ball in pretty big. My 9 year old son wanted to work out to but it was way to big. 4 stars because it works very well and as described but bigger than you’d think.

I bought a different brand of wall balls before trying these, and while I liked the other brand, this is superior in stitching quality and grippy texture of the ball. Even when my hands get sweaty, I am able to get a solid grip on the ball during wall shots, partner tosses, lunges, etc. I like that the stitching is depressed instead of overlapping like the other brand. It feels more comfortable to catch when you are not feeling a panel edge. The colors are fun, which makes them more appealing to my daughter. So far, they have kept their shape well. This ball exceeded my expectations, and any future purchases will be from this manufacturer.

I use my 14 lb REP ball for Ab training exercise, passing from my feet to hands as I lay on my back. It works great, and I have never had an issue with it slipping or loosing it's shape. Very happy with it.
