This product was miraculous for me for a while. As a 50 year old female, I have headaches due to hormones (and other causes). After I had been taking DIM daily for a couple of weeks, my headaches went away. After about 6-8 months, they started coming back, although they were not as intense. I can usually treat them with ice and rest now, whereas in the past, I had to take something strong, like Imitrex. Two of my teens were having breakouts, one pretty severe. I read about DIM for acne and decided to let them take it for a couple of weeks. It was amazing for acne--truly amazing. My son, who had some scarring and frequent breakouts for the past four years, cleared up almost completely. He stopped taking DIM about six months ago, and his skin is still mostly clear. He has some breakouts and still uses some topical medications, but he is so much better. His self-esteem is much better too. My 20-year-old daughter also took DIM for a couple of weeks for persistent small breakouts. Her skin also cleared up completely and stayed that way for 4-6 months. Strangely, during the same time, her periods got very light too, almost non-existent. This was concerning. She had also started a very regular exercise routine, including running several days a week, so it is possible that this contributed to these changes. Her cycle went back to normal after 6 months. So, overall, I would recommend this product, but I would be cautious with its use in younger people. I hope this helps!

This is an excellent brand and product. I’ve used it for over a year. But this last time, I received two bottles that only had four pills in them and it was sealed. There’s clearly an issue with this batch and shipper. Please fix this because it is an excellent product. I’ll be buying it from another source in the mean time.

I take HRT, so I MUST take DIM! It makes the bad estrogen get dumped, so I don't suffer from estrogen dominance. I have tried several brands. ALL of them will cause headaches if you are not hydrating. I have to always ensure my intake of water and Propel to not get a headache on any DIM, but that's a good thing for you. But DIM will exasperate your dehydration!!! I take this DIM, once a day, in the morning, with oj that has a bunch of benefiber in it. This DIM gave me tons of energy by day two!!! It slowed down the facial hair, it gave me my life back. I gave some to my employee who also found it positive and she lost 20 pounds that month and was small to begin with! I've been taking benefiber for years and I drink plenty of water most days. I have not had any type of bad reaction on this. I'm thrilled it works for me! I also take SM Nutrition DIM and go number twos like I have never done in my entire life!!!! So one pill each. If you have fibroids, endometriosis, etc, there are other DIMs on Amazon that can help. DIMs are like probiotics. You have to find the correct one for you. Please keep that in mind. You can go around writing bad reviews but there is some personal responsibility in being hydrated and finding the best product for your chemical makeup. Not every thing is going to work for everyone. Period.

Same exact supplement I bought at the Doctor's office. I take this with HRT pellets to manage my PCOS. Absolute game changer. Will definitely be ordering here for now on.

We all agree that aging is tough. My doctor told me this is the only form of DIM that she trust. Was told this DIM will help to blend your body’s hormones and sometimes help with hormone rollercoaster and can sometimes, not always, for some help to prevent that unwanted hair that some aging women get. Like with any supplement, can take 3 months to see effects. Will admit with the constant rise in prices, nowadays, I take every other day.

My doctor and I are frustrated because my estrogen is off the charts despite taking 100mg of compounded Progesterone AND 200 mg of Dim daily. She told me to switch brands of Dim, and I went on the hunt. I have used Designs for Health supplements in the past and knew it was a good place to start. What a difference even the first night. The headaches are indescribable (which is a sign the Dim is working), my pee is orange (which is a sign that the Dim is of good quality) and my breasts are feeling much better. I am hoping that after longer use, I will start feeling the results that people have been raving about that I have never gotten from other Dim. So far, I am feeling that it is doing SOMETHING!

Perhaps I should not rate it at 2stars as im sure its 5stars for many. My daughter started taking this after her naturopath appointments and it really seemed to help her mind and body. I thought I should try it as well, I have Endometriosis. It was NOT good for my Endometriosis. It caused me significant pain until I stopped it. I read it helped some with Endometriosis , but it did not help me, it made thing's worse. Just 1 tiny pill a day. But that being said, that should indicate right there, the potency of this product. Im sure it really works for many, like my daughter, but if you have Endometriosis , tread lightly.
