Very impressed
This is the first pool product that really got rid of the algae in my pool. It has taken 2 months. I am very happy. It shouldn’t be that! It dissolved easy, worked as stated, great value. I could have saved $200.00 if I have bought this first.

Decent Value - but doesn't dissolve well
Prices for pool chemicals have gotten so out of hand the past few years. I heard a major chlorine plant burned down a few year back, but by now everyone should be up to speed. Very tired of manufacturers blaming the pandemic for their escalating greed. So, this Pool Shock (70% chlorine) seemed a really good value. However, it doesn't dissolve as well as the premium brand I had been using. It settles in areas and over-bleaches my plaster in those spots. Even with my filter motor cranked up I have to return an hour or two later to brush the bottom of the pool to redistribute it. The blue tint to the powder is helpful for this. Still- not sure the hassle is worth the savings.

Consistent quality and keeps pool sparkling
My go to for shock. In the swim pool shock will keep your pool sparkling clean with weekly maintenance. We have the frog system on the pool, but it still requires maintenance, just not as often. With the frog system we shock every 2 weeks. Between the two my routine is 2 bags of shock at opening and one every other week during the summer. (15x30 pool), and keeping up with the pacs for the frog.I have tried other shock, but this seems superior for me.

Poooool shock,and moss killer
Great products for putting into pools,but here in the NW after long winters rains this material is great sprinkled on roofs and any surfaces that has moss growing,and with the lite morning spring dews put a fresh clean smell in the air..Good save product to use on concrete drives also.. Also the 1 lb bags help protect the products from outside moisture,and saves time on application….
