I regret to inform you that the shoes in size 10 UK did not fit correctly. Despite my efforts to obtain a replacement in size 11 UK, the desired color was not available. Consequently, I have been left with no option but to wear the shoes in size 10 UK, which has resulted in considerable discomfort. Can I expect any help?
