If you have a large or multiple decks to shovel this thing is great, easy to use. The card does get stuck every once in awhile but it’s simple to remedy, pull the cards out and try again.. makes our family card night that much more enjoyable

The box was ripped and the shuffler was broken on the first shipment - but Rally and Roar replaced it immediately. I am very pleased and will do business with them again!Thanks

The media could not be loaded.  Aside from not realizing it takes 4 C batteries, this is super simple to operate and is a great option for card games that require a lot of decks. We play canasta and use 6 decks of cards.*my video is with 6 decks*My only complaint would be that the springs in the battery compartment are not positioned far enough back and you have to straighten them out once your battery is in place. This was annoying but for the price and capacity this is well worth the purchase!

Work well for card games card parties and card club nights

The battery connectors bent over and will not connect the second time I went to replace the batteries. I have not had this very long and I literally went to return it today but the return window closed two days ago. This was the second time I’ve had to change the batteries. The first time it didn’t work well at all. The second time it worked better but the batteries died quickly. All in all, poor product and save your money for something better.

I like some of the features like the spring loaded catch tray.It is vey noisy and battery life is really low.It is too fast and cards get flipped and fall down into the sides of the catch tray.It should run just a bit slower and I think that would lesson some ot the battery life and flipping problems.also I took the sharp corner of the catch tray and rounded them off to allow the tray easy return to the guides that hold the tray in. it was just too difficult to line it up but works well now.

Love the ease of use. Very helpful for arthritic hands. Shuffles multiple decks at a time.

Had an older model and it finally died, but worked very well over it's lifetime. This one seems to be more powerful. We have played cards every week for almost ten years, and these card shufflers stand up to hard use. I expect the same results from this new one because one of the older ones that were purchased at the same time, is still going strong. These are not toys they do what they are designed for, and they do it well.

Did not work straight out of the box. Tried different batteries and followed the instruction sheet for possible rectification and still doesn't work. Will try pulling it apart on the weekend to see if it is a wiring issue. Cant be bothered with the returns process. Pretty dissapointed.

Definitely not the best build quality, but you get what you pay for, it does work quite well though. A must for family card nights for sure!

I am sorry. I meant no disrespect toward Amazon. I have enjoyed all the products I have purchased in the past. The shufflers are perfect.
