Simplicity 1133 Women's Tunic and Pants Sewing Pattern Set, Sizes 6-18

I made this in denim from an old skirt for a bookbinding class. It was very comfortable and functional, but loose and not at all flattering for plus size ladies like me. If made in a thinner fabric, maybe. Anyway it’s perfect for my needs, but I had to laugh at “flattering “.

This is a very popular sewing pattern so it's somewhat difficult to find and I was very pleased that I could purchase it from Amazon at such a reasonable price and then have it shipped to me so quickly. I must admit that I have not yet made a garment from this pattern. I purchased it based upon a lot of positive feedback from YouTubers who have have made garments from this pattern and indicate that it's super easy and has only one pattern piece. I look forward to using this pattern later this year to enhance my spring and summer wardrobe.

I have not used this pattern yet. However I used to have a blouse made this way and loved it loved it. The pattern was delivered in very good condition.

I don't think it is the one I wanted but I hope I can make it work. I wanted a criss cross apron in the back not a Tunic.

Simple to make. Easy to wear. Make it a shirt or a dress.

The armholes were very tight. Unable to wear without creating an extension to the pattern.

I’m going to make an apron out of it.
