Wow! OK, I have used it 2 times since I ordered it less than 2 weeks ago, but I love this thing. I am on oxygen and it's hard for me to carry awkward bowls and trays for potlucks and get-togethers, because one hand is occupied with the oxygen tank. Balancing food trays or boxes is difficult for me. The compact design of this unit makes this so easy to carry it in a separate bag in my other hand. I put all the "goodies for the tray in zip-loc baggies in the same bag along with four small paper doilies and a few clear disposable cups. At the destination, it is simple to open the wedge into a 17-in tray, insert a doily on each of the 4 trays, and fill the levels with the "goodies" from the zipped bags. Easy as sin! Other guests are really curious about this tray; I get lots of comments. It works perfect for me because I am a "grazer." not a potluck dish person, and I can carry all sorts of cheeses, meats, veggies, crackers and fruit for this tray. Helpful hint: carry some small clear plastic cups to use as containers for cherub tomatoes, carrots and celery, dips, grapes and olives, etc. The cups will display the food as well as create height to the arrangement and no one wants to see food dripping or rolling around on the tray. The paper doilies make easy cleanup at the end of the affair, (reuse those zipbags to store any leftovers) dust the tray of crumbs and fold up once again, making it a simple 9" wedge. It's easy to carry this way, in a bag or alone, and clean it when you get home. Bamboo is wonderful to keep clean! I leave the cleaned wedge standing upon a table when not in use... is it art or is a functional tray? I LOVE IT! (you will love it, too, if you get it on sale!)

This is a beautiful cheeseboard. It looks very elegant when displayed. I love the multi-tiers to separate food/cheese types, and it just looks so distinctive when compared to all other cheese trays.I gave this to my wife for Christmas and it was a HUGE hit - she thought it was beautiful, functional, unique, and she showed it off to others!Pros:It's quite big - which may be a con to some people, but if you really want to sit out a variety of snacks, this works well. It was hard for me to have a sense of how big it would be from the photos - it's got plenty of space for what you want.It's easily storable! So the brilliance of the design really stands out here. It is quite large when fanned out, but it's totally a manageable size when it is folded into itself. I store mine in a cabinet in my kitchen - it sits flat on a shelf and the cabinet door closes. I have standard cabinets - not the big fancy ones.There is a pullout drawer with knives/utensils - I love this. It makes it easy to keep things together and not lose the knives in the "accessory/spatula" drawer.Some of the shelves have a little moat around the outside - useful if you have foods that may create runoff - I'm thinking of fruit pieces that may leak water/juice. This will keep it from running off the tray.Cons:It doesn't have any locking in mechanism - so you just fan out the pieces until they reach the stopping point you want. It's not a huge deal, but I imagine that rowdy kids could bump into it and possibly knock the food around. Definitely not a deal breaker for me.Is it pricier than some other cheeseboards? Yeah. But I'm very glad I opted for it. I think it was well worth the extra money.

I found this to be a simple but well constructed and pleasantly novel cheese cutting and serving table. The cheese knives, cleverly housed in a hidden drawer are ample for service with any kind of cheese you might wish to enjoy. When fully opened it provides a large serving area good for cutting, display, and serving all at once. Made of bamboo, it is easily cleaned and easy to maintain. It would also be great for picnics, and why I purchased it if your basket is big enough to house it; a smaller version is available. This full featured and larger version fits nicely in the vintage basket I’m currently re-outfitting. I would recommend this item.

Got this for my mom as a present and she lives it. Says it is heavy duty enough and has plenty of space. Says the storage is great too.

I love this item I only have one complaint we have a huge screened in porch and do most of our hosting out there when I build a cheeseboard inside and want to move it out to the door table in the screen room it is not sturdy I wish there was some sort of clamps or some thing on it so you could pick it up and move it without it wanting to slide back in together otherwise it’s a great piece you can use all Four or just a couple of the sides and the hidden compartment for all of the utensils is amazing I wish they would come in different sizes and a little bit different styles so I can order more

Great party use, attractive, easy clean, good design, good pricing

This is a great board for parties as it has everything you need. It contains the utensils needed for cheeses and it comes in handy. Its very easy to store since it folds into a slice shape.
