I don't understand why Dodge didn't come up with this as a feature. Much better and more convenient than the factory cup holders. It became indispensable the first time I used it. Great additional storage. Holds 2 full size Yeti's without having to worry about them tipping over. An additional small cubby for whatever. Rigid construction. Looks great, like it came from the factory. My only issue is that the latch is still too tight, even after I shimmed it. Probably an operator error and I just need to adjust the latch again. Great item that I wish I had gotten years ago.

I rarely reviews orders. However this one really deserves a rave reviews. Rarely I will find an aftermarket parts that works and "brings a smile to my face". But this one has. It holds all sorts of odd sized glasses and other things. Fits into the center console really well too. Yes it doesn't latch. But frankly I just don't care. Since I'm always resting on the consume anyways I've had no trouble.

The item itself is great, I secured it with two screws into the plastic of the built in armrest. My issue is the top lid needs to be slammed excessively hard to make it latch. I’m not sure if this is the thickness of the plastic or if the opening for the latch is a bit too small. I’ll check with a grease pen and if it’s the latch opening I’ll widen it. Even with the difficulty closing the armrest this is still a great product.

I bout a center consoel/jump-seat from a 2008 Ram 1500, to replace the little center console that my 1994 Ford F150 came with. The only problem was that the ram center console didnt have cup holders. I found this one made specifically for this center console. And I couldn't be happier. The lid doesnt close fully unless I slam it, and it takes several tries. But that's to be expected. And the plastic is a little thinner than I was expecting but it looks really good and if the plastic were any thicker, there's no way the lid would close at all. I'm happy with my purchase 100%

It's nice and convenient. Sturdy for just a piece of plastic however, you can't close the center console without have to pick the console up and slamming it closed.

I do like the cups holders that came with the truck but when I put my phone in it, it pops out at the slightest bump. i live in Michigan's thumb. There will be bumps.I was looking for something to help when I found this. Man, it is perfect. It looks like it came with the truck.It holds drinks much better and keeps them at my finger tips.They are large enough to hold two phones in one cup holder with room to spare.I wish I had this many years ago. Very cool and tidy's up the truck at the same time.

My truck is an 05 2500 Hemi with a G56 6spd manual trans and this fits with a few inches of clearance to the shifter in 6th gear (it's in 6th in the photo). In my application a large drink cup in the left cupholder might hit the shifter, but there's plenty of room for a water bottle or normal travel mug, which works for me.I used a couple washers under the latch mechanism and it works, but is a little hard to release so I may still fiddle with that more. Overall the benefits are worth it and for the price I'm really happy with this insert.

Without adding washers to the underside of the latch on the top portion of the arm rest, you will not be able to close and reopen the console.Other vendors supply said washers for the install, this particular one does not.By luck, I had some washer nuts that would work and was able to have it buttoned up in 20-30 minutes.I do recommend adding an arm rest cover(also pictured) along with this purchase. The plastic clips beneath the arm rest are likely to snap off when removing the trim in the process of adding washers to the latch mechanism (for it to function properly.)If and when those clips break the plastic trim will rattle if not held in place or secured, an arm rest cover would be simple solution.

Lid won’t latch. Fix with a little Velcro. But works awesome. Can’t believe I’ve gone this long without.

So much better than the factory cup holders, so glad I got this and at a good price as well

Good product. Fits well but the console cover won’t lock down now.
