First I want to say this is a longer review...sorry but I love this map and this is a very honest review directed to those who have concerns based on other reviews. I was missing OK at first but I contacted seller and they sent it to me with no problem at all.I ordered the larger size of this map. I read reviews and was a little skeptical because people complained a lot BUT the people who are complaining clearly did not read the description.Yes the wood is thin, the description says that, but it makes it lighter overall to hang up especially if you attach them to a backboard to hang up.No, it does not come with a backboard. The seller just has a picture like that to show you cool ways you can hang it. It also states in the description that it is JUST the individual states cut out.The quality of the cutting is GREAT! There is so much detail on the shapes of each state, you can tell they put in effort to make each state look great!To the people complaining about how small the northeast states are and that Texas is too big to attach your 4x6 photo to...what did you expect? Not all states are the same size and this map is cut pretty well to reflect the actual sizes of the states compared to one another. Texas is HUGE, we all know that and sorry but some states are pretty tiny in comparison. If you expect them to all be the same size they will not fit together because that's not how the USA is designed.I have not hung it up yet but plan to get a backboard for it and get sticky velcro dots to attach the states to it so they can be easily removed and reattached when I need to add photos. This will help to make things so much easier. This also solves the problem that some people say where "there's no easy way to hang them"......yes there is, you just have to be creative and stop being crabby about it lolKeep your mind open and see how great the product really is. It looks awesome, fits description given, and is worth the cost. 😀

This is so amazing. We put it on a large 4' x 8' think board. We used velcro dots to secure the states to the board so that we can remove them as needed. The product is well made and is exactly as the description states. We went with the large of the two sizes and are happy we did so. I would suggest this product without hesitation.

BEWARE!!! I had hopes for a great Xmas present for my wife. However, what arrived was two plastic bags full of cut plywood. There is no way to attach photos and no way to attach anything to a wall. I will admit the states were cut well in the shapes of the states, however the state of Texas is too big for a 4x6 picture and over half the states are to small for even a well cropped photo. I mean the state of masssachusetts was the size of two nickels. .....I can see why they say no returns, exchanges, or refunds. It’s because they are sure you will NOT be satisfied

Stunning! So well done!!! And amazing customer service! As soon as it came we set it all out on the table to make sure all of the pieces were there! And we noticed one of the states was broken. So I reached out to the seller. She responded within the hour, and sent a replacement State right away! It arrived about a week later! I’m very satisfied! And I love it!!! I can’t wait to start in my project!

Definitely not able to put photos on this like I planned. North east states are way too small for anything. It is beautifully cut out just not going to be able to do what it was purchased for

This is beautifully done. I had checked the measurements so I knew exactly how big it would be. I can't wait to start adding our pictures.

It did not come with the wooden back- just pieces you have to guess where they go.

I have seen this online multiple yime and LOVED what I saw. I went ahead and spent the 120 dollars for this item and I'm very disappointed. There is no way you can fit pictures on a majority of the states. It smells of burnt wood and gasoline. There is no backing, or any description of how to put it together. Not surprised you cannot do a return because it's that bad that they know you'll want to. Even the picture shows the map 10 times larger than it actually is. Flimsy and will break if it's barely jostled.
