Seasons Mist Maker

This is a great item. I can use regular tap water in any type of bowl and make mist come out of it. Love it.

I love the effects from this myst maker! Although I appreciate having gotten a splashguard with this item, I do not love the quality of the splashguard. It's a thin flimsy plastic that seems like it belongs on the front of a package not for use. It works well enough, but it comes bent out of shape in the box so you might want to spend time bending it the other way do it doesn't sit lopsided.Now for the good. It creates awesome myst effect. Very easy to assemble. Add tap water and bam! Halloween done right! 🧙‍♀️🎃🦇

This is an ok product. It produces mist like it's supposed to, but it doesn't make a great volume of it like one would get from dry ice. It also came with this flimsy plastic deflector (around the weight one would find in frustrating plastic packaging) that was bent when it arrived. The deflector is a loop; the mist maker sits on it in the water, and also prevents the water that is not made into fog/mist from being shot all over the place. With the deflector bent, it was difficult to get the thing to sit in one place in the bowl of water. A little water lasts a good while, but the maximum depth it operates at (as marked on the deflector), is very shallow. This isn't a great thing to use inside (though electrically, it might only be suitable for indoor use), unless you don't mind a watery mess. The on/off switch was also a bit touchy. If I had to make this purchase again, I'd probably just buy one from my local hardware/home store that comes with a float. Bottom line, it works, but if you want a lot of fog, you'll need two or three and a mop.

I love that this simple and fun product uses plain tap water and no chemicals. (In fact it says not to use distilled or purified water with it.) Note that the "mist deflector" piece comes as just a flimsy strip of clear flexible plastic in the box; you need to fold it into shape. It's easy to overlook. The mister makes enough mist to fill a 12-inch-diameter Pyrex glass bowl and it flows over the edges in a nicely spooky way. It is totally quiet during operation. It does splash a bit and the mist, being water vapor, will cause anything in prolonged contact to get damp or even soggy.

Lasted about 4 times before it just stopped producing mist. Lights work great but that's not why I bought it.

Just got this little mist maker the other day. Shipping was great and everything came on time but a day later it is already dead. I was very eager to test it out, and set it up in a bowl where the mist would recollect and continue the operation. At my house Halloween is a big event and I was hoping that this would be a great new addition. Sadly it wasn't, after operating it for six hours I turned it off to give it a little rest, another hour later I tried to turn it on to show a friend and nothing happened. Reading the provided instructions I waited to see if it needed a few minutes to resume, and those few minutes turned into two hours with no mist. Now it is a pretty light display, but useless as a mist maker. So I'm left with the opinion that if you are looking for a one shot item for a party, this product might be for you. Sadly I was looking for a product that would last through many Halloween seasons. I can only hope that I can salvage some pieces of it to put to use elsewhere.

I bought two and put the in a witch's cauldron. They work great, but the mist doesn't go very high. I really like them and would recommend. There are many places you could put your misting decoration and it would look awesome. Just trying to think of a special place for next event.

Having in a small bowl for my haunted lab it actually looked really cool. Sometimes not a lot of mist comes out and you have to play with it, but many of my guests were drawn to it and thought I was actually brewing something up.
