This is the best and least expensive vanilla extract you'll find out there. I've good through 4 bottles of this in the past 10 years and won't get any other. With the price, you can be heavy handed and give your desserts the vanilla punch it needs.

In search of the right vanilla for my cookies, I came across Molina Mexican Vanilla blend. It not only compliments all my baking (you know, fuge every Christmas; chocolate chip cookies . . ), but is awesome, dolloped in my coffee. I have sent it as gifts to other bakers in my family, who are impressed by its body and flavor. It is the only vanilla I buy now.

I use this vanilla blend in my morning coffee chocolate smoothie! Fantastic flavor, great value, and the smell is fabulous!

I use it for all my baking. The flavor is very good. I always use more of any flavoring than any recipe calls for including extracts. So not having to hold back because of price is a plus. I am very happy with my purchase.

Definitely different (better!) flavor than standard vanilla extract with its 35% alcohol, and that goes for the better brands, too. Milder, more flavorful and dare I say sweeter? That different flavor definitely comes out in baked goods - maybe want to put in a bit more than called for in a recipe. I especially like that it goes well in drinks and unbaked food, like yogurt for instance, because it doesn't carry with it the (yuk) flavor the alcohol brings with extracts. Do note the ingredients. It is not pure vanilla. But it sure does taste good!

For those of us who don't want to spend excessive money on a tiny bottle of pure vanilla extract this product is the best . I use it in my coffee and hot chocolate and in a variety of recipes .

I am as initially given this as a gift. Really enjoy using it. Be careful with homemade ice cream due to the higher concentration of alcohol as it is harder to get it to freeze. Rich in flavor so you can use less. I shared it with my friends. They buy it now too.
