Typically protein bars taste like flavored sawdust with an unpleasant under flavor. These stand out from the crowd with a good flavor and lots of soft chocolate pieces. The only downside is the uneven consistency in texture and flavor between batches. Having made many batches of chocolate truffles over the years I know how hard it is to get every batch to come out the same, even when weighing the ingredients. I suspect other bars maintain their consistency through the use of heavily manufactured ingredients, so I will continue to roll with the variability and enjoy the product.

I eat a keto diet, and this bar is made from high quality ingredients. The carb count is not low, but if you limit to one a day, it can fit reasonably well into a keto diet. The taste is better than any other specialty bar I’ve had.

Unfortunately, I can eat soy anymore. The homeless people like them, though.

These are the best bars. Not too hard, not too chewy, the right amount of healthy fats, fiber, and protein!! I'm very sensitive to gluten and these are the best bars I've had in a long time!!

I love all the flavors I have tried. Ill buy more when needed.
