People who have to eat gluten free like myself, know that gluten free bread will not have the same taste, texture and look like bread that has gluten in it. However, gluten free bread (at least the good ones) can taste great on their own. These english muffins are fantastic. I love eating a english muffin without ripping up the roof of my mouth. I have looked and looked for a descent gluten free muffin and this is it. Just the right amount of crush on the top and chewy in the middle.

I love Thomas' English Muffins. However, they have gluten in them and I am on a gluten free diet now. I have tried lots of gluten free breads and muffins and they have all disappointed... Except for this one. These muffins are wonderful. I am so glad that we found them.

I Have ordered these before and loved them. I got them shipped to me last week. They were so filled with mold that they almost turned back to dough. I contacted Katz. They politely told me I had to contact Amazon. Doing it on line sent me around in circles. Where they told me to type in my comment, it didn't except text. It was like a joke. I finally found a phone number, I called asking for replacement of my money back. That also sent me around in circles. The person I spoke to got very nasty (I was not). I hung up not knowing if I was getting the replacements or not. I order a lot from AMAZON, but thus left a bad taste.

Came unfrozen with instructions to immediately freeze. Did so but it gave a three hour thaw time and as a breakfast bread not realistic. Thawed for 30 sec, 15 each side before toasting. That worked well.

This is the only english muffin my kid can eat that he actually enjoys! Not chalky, not to doughy, he would eat these every meal every day if he was able!

They taste more like dinner rolls than English muffins, and not the same consistency at all. Too soft—more like bread, even when sliced in half and toasted. Not crunchy enough. Taste is not extraordinary either. Does not have the same “feel” as an English muffin should.
