WOW - What a machine.
We count a lot of quarters each month - we previously had a slower cheaper machine which was cumbersome and took a lot of time to count, it eventually broke from just being cheap. THIS MACHINE THOUGH... ITS AMAZING - I've never been so excited to count quarters in my life!

Easy to get inside to clean and remove jammed coins

Repeated jammed. I finally used it but just missed return date!
Had to have a tech guy calibrate this coin counter. I had to wait for him to do this so it sat unused and I missed the return window by 2 days!It jammed repeatedly and was very frustrating!I will go back to using my manual 30 year old counter.

Works well once you get it adjusted.
It has to be adjusted for each different coin denomination. I don't like that feature.

They stand by the product
We ordered the counter and had an issue with a jam. We learned more about the machine and have worked out the jamming issue. We contacted Ribao and they were very eager to help and teach how to use the machine. Very helpful in service and made sure we were happy. The service made the difference and we are happy! Thank you.

Easy to use.
Easy to use. We had a few hiccups with the initial settings, but once we figured it out it worked great.
