Helps a ton
I got acute back pain. Thos supports great and reduces pain via that support. Copper i dont believe in tho. Price is still right. Hot/ cold pack is a bonus. Back support provided does the job. Just put it in correctly.

Good support. Forces you to keep proper posture.
Not bad at all. My pain is in the lowest part of the lower back. This thing has a nice pocket for a gel pack that can be frozen or heated. I prefer the cold and it is quite nice and lasts between an hour to two hours. I haven’t heated it in the microwave and honestly heat isn’t my think so I probably won’t.If you have pain in the lower back this will help. It will sit around your hip bones and provide support. I’ve been semi-active with it and he has been helpful. Cut some firewood and done other general household maintenance with it.I don’t know if the copper that’s allegedly in it has made any difference. I honestly think that’s just a gimmick. But for me that is irrelevant because it provide support, forces you to maintain good posture, and allows you to heal and prevents you from aggravating an existing injury.I would but it again. No regrets here.

The Ice pack is wack
I love the support, runs a tad large but nonetheless, it works well enough. The icepack can barely be felt when placed inbthe pouch and it's warm within 30min. However. The brace part works well in support my lower back.
