These don't make me miss gluten. These taste amazing and are less expensive on Amazon then our local store. I find that I can add or reduced the water added to get the consistency I am looking for. I have made these as moist/runny like Lava cake, to cake like.

Bought a single one at the store then bought this box from Amazon the next day because I thought it was super tasty. Most of all it’s literally the easiest sweet treat. I never have time to bake so the fact that all I have to do is add water and microwave it is fantastic. It’s very chocolaty and I personally like the texture which is kind of like a gooey chocolaty cake. It does contain soy. And it does have sunflower oil and corn starch so it’s not perfectly clean but honestly I’m not having them every day and it’s better than other sweets you could choose.

If you want gluten-free, but you want the flavor this is the microwave cake to try. In my microwave it takes 35 seconds tastes great

I don’t need to eat GF but I love these. They’re quick, convenient (30 seconds and a 1tb of water is all it takes!), the right size for a single serve, and the most important part, flavor and texture are on point. Very nice treat. The only con is the price point, I would buy more frequently if price was lower, but considering the convenience of it I am willing to buy it for a once in a while treat. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of this product. It has a nice deep chocolate taste. The texture was not very brownie-like but more like lava cake consistency. Not unpleasant, but not a chewy brownie. It would be great with a scoop of ice cream. Knocked a star down due to the texture. It's worth a try, but I will try to find it locally, hopefully on sale due to cost. I also might buy a box and divide it up to make my own single servings. I am not sure it is worth $2 a cup. It is straightforward to make and convenient.

I am gluten and dairy free, this is perfect! It's a few bites and very chocolatey! I have been trying gf/Df things for years, this is the best so far 💕
