Sturdy & satisfactory product
First received a cracked unit but quickly got replacement within 2 days. Working fine, very jerky in dual speed mode but very rigid. Vibration travels through your fingers to contacted surface, Good for sensitive area such as head, face, neck & upper back. Must take a break in every 7-8 min for its motor's long life, not allowing it to heat much. Product is sturdy & rigid but not rugged must handle with care.

Extremely good massager, but does not last long
The massager was extremely good. I used it every other day on my head and legs myself. It is exactly the same, which is used by the local hair salons. However it did not last long. The wire connected to the device burnt during massage and it stopped working. I saw the melted plastic when I checked closely. Since there is no support, it is just garbage now. I thought of getting it repaired at a local shop, but its a bit scary as I don't want any electric shocks due to faulty repairs. Maybe I will get another one, as it really was awesome as long as it worked.

Stopped working within 2 weeks. Very low quality product. Would avoid buying it in future and would strongly suggest others not to buy it.

Your hand will not go inside the belt . Very bad quality and there is no return option i think . Its been over 3 days since I have requested for the return and refund and still not received my refund

absolutely cheap material and does not work the way intended. leaves dark marks on hand on the wrist side and machine in just 2 minutes of working starts throwing off such off burn coil smell

I received the product today one hour before and ran only 1 minute. I can see the inside wires. Not even worth thinking about buying it
