This is a great pan set. The only issue I had was that you are not able to do a two-layer cake in each of the different sized layers without messing up the angles of the cake, I have tried several times to figure out a way to do it but it seems like 1 layer per tier is all you can do. the tiers are thicker than I expected so the cake still comes out looking great, just a little smaller than I thought it could be. No instructions included or posted on the manufacturer web page but once the layers were baked it was simple to put together and figure out. Made this for my nieces 13th birthday with different sugar sheets and it turned out great!

Bought these for my daughters birthday in march. Had to do a test cake so I know how the pans work. Even after reading the negative reviews I figured I'd give them a shot. They worked great. I would recommend due to the amount of batter to rotate your pans half way through your baking time so that they bake consistently. I did not time due to the amount of batter, I test with a toothpick and when comes out clean they are done. After baking Wait for the cakes to cool, to release from pan I lightly drop the pan onto the counter top, and they came out clean. I am very happy with these. I would recommend for adding to your baking accessories.

I love the sidesOnly problem i do have its the big one came with a denAnd to top ot offIt seems like tge cake cook great on the outside but the inside doesnt cookI had left it as long as i know 1 hour and i dont know if thats too long for a cake that i usually spend 40 minutes cooking

They arrived fine I havent used them yet nice and deep I think the quality is good.

I'm a professional cook & I bought these to bake an unusual Xmas cake in. I used 'cake release' & a double layer of parchment on the base. SOOOOO impressed , cakes baked beautifully & nothing stuck, tins washed fab & I dried them in the oven as I find this ensures the tins are totally dried before storing . Highly impressed

Found the tins to be of good quality and the cakes baked evenly. I was very pleased with the result. However was surprised at the amount of cake mixture the "mini" tins can hold. Didn't use the bottom tier as it was enormous!! The feet are a bit fiddly to attach but I am generally happy with my purchase. Hope I get a lot of use out of them.

Lovely tins but didn't contain any info on baking or recipes. See the attached that I found worked after several blind attempts.The bottom pan it HUGE!!I made a 3 tier sponge and buttercream cake and its was so heavy. Good luck!

Love this product, cake was lovely shape, very happy.

These tins are just great. I know they are called mini but they are full size and a dream to use.
