Life Factory bottle or 8 oz. Ball plastic freezer container), two 4 oz. regular mouth mason jars and one small round Tupperware type container. It's hard to pack a preschool approved lunch in this in reusable containers. (1.5 oz. protein, 1/2 slice bread, 1/2 c. veggie, 1/2 c. fruit, 6 oz. milk)I ordered it because of the hard liner and tray. My child's previous lunch box was always stinky because of small spills/leaks despite routine wiping of the interior and occasional washing and scrubbing.

Great lunchbox for anyone who struggles using the zipped lunchboxes, including young children and those with mobility challenges. Very easy to open and close.
