I love that they cover my belly past my belly button unless womens diapers. I actually prefer using these with pads than using diapers. I had a colostomy December 1st. I'm 67 so it's been a stressful thing to to go through. They gave me some of the underwear to bring home with me so I thought I would try it. I couldn't believe what a good product. Such a better quality than what I had from the hospital and I feel like a reasonable price. I've ordered 5 more because I'd like to use them at least through the first four months. Great quality and price.
