Bought this camera because my cousin said he had one and i was heading out on a long trip . He liked his and i figured helooks deeply into items before he buys anything. Price seemed like a decent deal considering what a Go Pro was costingI even got a rear facing camera with it too. But one drawback was no S D card was included with the camera . So i had to wait and chase around a few days to get one . i think i missed that one when reading and ordering the camera - Oh well .Camera finally arrived and i mounted it . So far it has worked great . As we all know , It is better to have it , and not need it , then to need it and not have it .Nowadays drivers ,young and old , do some pretty stupid , crazy things on the roads .Whether its texting , talking on their phone , day dreaming , thinking that safe space / distance you keep between the car in front of you is for them to cut into, because their lane isn't moving fast enough , putting make up on, reading the paper , diddy bopping in and out of lanes , tail gating , well you get picture - some people just don't care about your safety much less their own while behind the wheel - so i figured if anything should happen , i got one up on film !!!

Good price for the camera. Only negative comment is on the video quality. I made sure the camera was at the highest quality setting but the quality was still disappointing. After viewing on my computer, the video should have been crystal clear, nearly like watching a movie but it was slightly pixelated. I've had other car cams that had extra sharp video so I did have something to compare this camera to. But on the plus side, the sellers did inform you that if your camera does stop working to hit the reset button and my camera wouldn't turn on in the beginning until I reset it. Fine after that and no problem. Also, with other cameras I've learned that when I unhook the camera from the car, to allow the camera to take that extra 10 seconds to shut itself off. Do not unplug the camera until the camera shuts itself off otherwise you may corrupt the videos, deleting some or erasing some. I allowed the camera to shut itself off before unplugging it from the car and I lost no files. You can tell if the camera has deleted any videos by making sure the file numbers for each video is in numerical order, i.e., 1,2,3,4,5, etc. If one is missing or the file list, for example, goes 1,2,4, then you know #3 was corrupted or missing/deleted. For the price of this camera, it's a good deal as long as you don't mind the lower video quality.

I really need a Dash Camera for my car since I got in two accidents and both hit and ran. if I had it one month earlier, I would find the guy who made the rear-ended to my car.This camera is really what I wanted, it has big screen and 1080P HD for images, I like the Night Vision , Parking Monitor and Motion Detection, very cool, and protect my car because I park my car out side garage. Easy to install, So far everything is great. good quality product. Thanks!

I have been using this camera for months. It is easy to install. Just connect to the electric outlet and it works immediately. I have my SD card inserted, and it can greatly record during my driving. I also like the monitor is big unlike many others, which are with small monitors. But, the holder connected to the front window fell off once after I parked my car outdoor on a hot day. Other than that, this camera is totally recommended in this price range.

Update: returning camera. Rear dash camera started going out two days ago and stopped working. Also was showing recording while driving but would format as soon as the car was off or reset the recording while driving. Wouldn’t recommendSeems okay so far. The front facing camera works well day and night. The read facing camera works ok in the day and only picks up headlights as night or is completely dark. The diagram for running the wire in the car is poor and there isn’t any products that come with it to hold the wire unless your willing to rip apart other parts of your car. I’m debating returning it for this reason because I don’t want to spend more money on buying products anchor it and ruin the surfaces on my interior.

Edit: I will leave my original review due to it being how I felt. (I did raise the stars though) Company reached out to me on their own and offered to send me a new product. They insisted they had a good product and sometimes there are mishaps or shipping damage. After receiving the new Dash cam I will say it works. I don't see much issue with it at all. Picture is actually pretty clear the image seems a little distant, but im not familiar with dash camera quality. Not a bad product I'd say I did get the 1/1k that happened to be damaged. Hope these honest reviews help.Wow, honestly speechless at this product. First it is very cheaply and poorly manufactured. The box, the bags, and the protective layer over the actual camera were all damaged in some type of way. The camera screen had these weird sun mark arch's on it affecting the actual footage viewing. When I received mine the slot where you insert your micro SD card was obviously broken? I inserted it and it fell through into the device. The rear view camera is not a suction cup it needs to be screw mounted into your car. ( my plan was to Velcro it, but I returned the item) I read all these great reviews this product had with only a single 1 star review and was very excited when it came in. Luckily Amazon has great customer service and returning it was not a problem at all. I may have just gotten the bad one in the bunch, but damn it 100% ruined my experience. I recommend buying a different one just because of what I went through, but if you order it good luck. I'd take picture, but to be honest its just not worth my time. I lost my SD card. $10.08 down the drain this product actually lost me money.

When all the settings you make are the easy you want them, this camera is the last dash cam you'll need to buy again. Been using it for a year now and I love how the camera turns on and off on its own.You can loop video recording, and save important Circumstances with just the touch of a button.
