Easy to use
Got this for my mom to help track her blood pressure. She is 72 and not great with technology but she said it's very easy to use and she just loves it.

The distance, heart rate and blood pressure readings are not accurate
This watch failed my expectations. The only accurate reading on it as the day and time. The distance meter seem to measure arm movements not actual steps, heart rate and blood pressure where off by as much as 20 points. Cute watch but it did not serve the purpose I bought it for so I had to return it.

I find that the reading for steps and Blood Pressure are incorrect, have sent inquiries to the wearfit support, but have not had any return callback

Instructions are a joke
It’s a nice looking product. It is slightly larger than I preferred but I’m happy overall with the appearance. I’m not sure if I misinterpreted the instructions or my watch doesn’t work according to them for moving through the different phases. But I have figured out how to navigate the various interfaces. The instructions say to use the button “key” on the side of the watch. However, that did NOT work. I finally discovered by trial and error that the bottom of the crystal face is in fact the “key” for navigation purposes. I’ve only had the watch for 24 hours but so far I would say it isn’t accurate on the number of steps taken. It way over states the number so I’m guessing it’s reading all arm movements as steps. 😒

What can I do?
My watch I had Received about a month ago has already broke. The band & the clasp have fallen apart. As well the magnetic part Fell off. The mobile app would never connect to my phone. I was heartbroken because I really loved the watch.
