It is so beautiful and wonderful to use that I keep showing it to other people at the school where I work. I want everyone to get one and love it like I do. The size is perfect. Not really the stated 12 ounces. I've measured it as holding 14 ounces. The glass is beautiful and feels so very clean to drink from. It keeps the teas I make hot to warm for a very reasonable time. The cushiony sleeve it comes with is a very big plus. It helps to further insulate it and is sure to keep it extra safe in my sometimes clumsy hands. The baskets provide good flexibility of putting a tea bag or loose leaves in the larger basket or putting a bag or leaves in the big container just using the little basket to keep the leaves from entering my mouth without using the big basket. I can also use it with no basket at all for a special drink that needs no filtering. It is a genuine gem. Thank you magnificent Pekoe Tree people for such a beautiful, practical tea infuser!!!!

OMG...this it the best tea tumbler....EVER!! The fine mesh of the strainer keeps all the loose tea in and the glass stays warm to the touch not HOT, which in a cold office is nice to keep my hands warm. It's easy to clean and the green neoprene cover gives an extra layer of protection and ease of taking to go. I have to say I had an awesome experience with Pekoe Tree and all the lovely people in customer service, I had ordered two of these for the 10% off and free shipping offer (one for me and one for the hubby) when they came in one of the glasses was a little buggered and the top didn't screw on properly. Must have been a manufacturer defect. I emailed to let them know and WOW they sent a replacement right away....no questions asked.....I didn't even have to go thru the rigga-ma-roll of returning the buggard glass. These guys are the BEST!!! I'd order from them again anytime. Thanks for my tea tumbler, I already feel healthier.

It's the third time I am using it in a two day period. Mornings I used for hot tea and afternoons cold tea. Thus far it has been working great. I was pretty much hoping that the metal part could have been mounted to the cover etc. because when I am trying to drink with the strainer part in, it doesn't flow that well, of course it can be easily removed but then it gets a bit messy especially when I'm at my desk. I now keep a small bowl to place this in when I'm ready to consume. It washes well and appears very well made. It really is leak proof. I will update post after my first month of use to give a better idea in terms of durability, chipping of glass etc.

The glass is somewhat fragile as my first bottle came in the mail shattered. Luckily, it comes in the neoprene case, so the shards were contained. I contacted amazing and got a new bottle in the mail, in great condition. The bottle has a silicone ring between the glass and the bamboo lid. This prevents spillage. In terms of the filter, it's stainless steel with a twistable cap. I've used the filter for tea as well as iced coffee (just scoop coffee in and put it in the fridge overnight). The one thing that I've found annoying is that you must fill the cup all the way up to allow for the coffee or tea to infuse. So, if you want to add milk or cream, it becomes harder. What I did was that I turned the bottle upside down in the fridge. Thanks to the silicone seal, no leakage! There are bottles though that have the filter at the bottom of the glass that may be more convenient if you want an iced coffee in the morning like I do.

I was literally about to post a raving five star review here--I love this water bottle. I use it daily and put mint green tea in the infuser and lime in the bottom and refill the water all day to have mojito water. Sometimes I throw in frozen raspberries. I drink a lot more water and a lot less unhealthy stuff. I love that you can throw any fruit in the water and know that the infuser will strain out any pulp before it reaches your mouth. I also love that the fruit is in the water the whole time and not floating up top after the water level drops. I wish it wasn't glass and didn't need a sleeve to make me not be worried about dropping it. I also wish it had a spout to drink from as I find the wide mouth a little harder to manage. But I still love it and wish I had two so I didn't have to wash it nightly. However after a few weeks of use, the glue holding the bamboo top onto the seal has dissolved. It only gets hand washed. But now I have to screw and unscrew the top separately from the bamboo cover for the top. Super annoying. But it looks pretty ugly without the bamboo part. Then too the little silicone seal/ring started popping out. So those two things are pretty annoying especially for such an expensive water bottle. ***UPDATE 10/20/15*** I contacted the company directly about the issue with the top. I got an immediate email response offering to replace the product. I've had the new product for a week and so far the top is holding up. Will update if the new one falls apart, but she said they had recently changed the way they were making the top, so fingers crossed it will be okay! ***Update 12/16/15****** Well, today I went to pull the neoprene sleeve off of my tumbler and the inner glass tumbler separated from the outer quite suddenly and shards of tiny glass flew everywhere. I'm super disappointed I splurged on a $30 water bottle. And I will say I loved it before it started falling apart, and I do think they have excellent customer service. But I can't recommend this product anymore and I wish I still had my $30.

The tumbler is really nice, I just wish it was slightly larger. I love that it's all glass as it doesn't effect the taste of whatever I brew in it. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the lid separated into its two components the first time I used it (which only effects its otherwise fantastic aesthetics). I plan on using a strong glue to put it back together, just wish it would've held up on its own.
